GABE™ Port Dunford currently delivers exclusively within South Africa. We are dedicated to ensuring that your order arrives safely, promptly, and in immaculate condition.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, followed by a dispatch notification once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery Timeframes

We offer Standard Delivery across South Africa with an estimated delivery timeframe of 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, including courier disruptions or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Rates

Standard Delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Orders over R1,000 qualify for complimentary free delivery — no discount code required. This offer applies to all qualifying orders delivered within South Africa.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time through our courier partner's platform.

Failed Deliveries

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, our courier partner will make reasonable efforts to contact you. Should a parcel be returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, re-delivery fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and photographic evidence where applicable. We will liaise with our courier partner and work swiftly to resolve the matter on your behalf.
