At GABE™ Port Dunford, every garment is crafted and curated to the highest standard. We stand behind the quality of each piece we offer. Should you find that your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are committed to resolving the matter with care and efficiency.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of the date your order is received. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
– All original tags, packaging, and dust bags must be intact and attached
– Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be presented
– Sale items, intimate apparel, and custom or personalised pieces are final sale and non-returnable
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our client services team within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return is authorised, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly dispatched.
Exchanges — No Refunds
Please note that GABE™ Port Dunford does not offer monetary refunds. All approved returns will be processed as exchanges only. We will gladly exchange your item for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to confirm stock availability before initiating an exchange request.
GABE™ Port Dunford reserves the right to decline a return if the item does not meet our return conditions as outlined above.
